Do you know who it is yet? No?

  • He qualified in 1999 at Goteburg University, Sweden.
  • He opened his new built practise in Twickenham in 2017.
  • He speaks three languages, English, Swedish and Greek.
  • When he is not at work, he can often be found with his young family enjoying Thameside walks or supporting local events and markets.
  • He has recently been elected Deputy Chair of Discover Twickenham, the local Business Improvement District (BID).
  • Since starting his dental practise in Richmond January 2014 the business had to move and expand due to demand and has since quadrupled in size, now serving more than 2,500 patients.

Yes of course, it can only be one man, Dr Antimos Ouzounoglou of Richmond Dental Suite.

I asked Antimos what people should do in these difficult times if they have a dental problem. The Chief Dental Officer and Public Health England has advised all dentists to close. In the first instance Antimos recommends that individuals should contact their own dentist as they hold important information on file about a patients general health and teeth. However, if you do not have a dentist for one reason or another, you can phone Richmond Dental Suite for advice and speak to an experienced nurse or the dentist if needed. One can also find some basic guidance and information through their social media channels. Alternatively the government has set up https://111.nhs.uk/ for support and advice on where to find the Urgent Dental Care Hubs dealing with genuine acute emergencies. Some details of main London hospitals available can be found on www.richmonddentalsuite.co.uk

As Deputy Chair of Discover Twickenham BID, Antimos and the new team has some exciting ideas to put Twickenham on the map as a place to live, work and visit. He is a firm believer that businesses should work closely together and help each other. In the current challenging environment Twickenham BID will have an important role to play in making sure the town is moving successfully through the crisis and remain strong and attractive in the future years to come.
